WebPortal = Your Portal for SDSU Business

Now that applications are done, you may be wondering what to do next. It might seem like all you can do is wait. But there are a few things you can do now using the SDSU WebPortal – which is your personal hub for SDSU admissions information and updates.

You’ve just applied
If you haven’t done so already, set up your SDSU WebPortal account using your RedID, which is sent to you soon after you apply. With a WebPortal account, you will be able to check your admissions status and apply for housing.

You should also check your contact information and make sure to update your e-mail or mailing address if needed. Otherwise, SDSU may not be able to contact you.

You’ve been admitted
As an admitted student on the WebPortal, you can submit your Intent to Enroll and check to see if important documents – like your official transcripts and housing license agreement – have been received by the university.

Another benefit of the WebPortal is that you can create a free sdsu.edu e-mail address. This free e-mail account offers e-mail storage and can also be used to get student discounts and access to other student-only Web sites.

As an SDSU Aztec, the WebPortal will be your link to things like class schedules, registration, and grades. You can also print unofficial transcripts anytime you want, and vote for Associated Students student government officers.
